Tony Bland is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and also a certified personal trainer through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). I graduated with my Master’s degree in Human Performance from Lindenwood University, and have worked with many different types of clients ranging from elite athletes to weight loss individuals. I have spent many years learning the craft of training, many of which were for athletic performance while a few years were spent instructing group classes. I am a former collegiate football player and currently powerlift competitively, having competed on the international level.
My philosophy with training clients is that I aim to assist everybody in achieving the results they want, whether that includes shaving time off a 40 yard dash time or losing weight. I believe that every person has the ability to achieve success however they define it. More than anything, I am here to educate. I employ more than powerlifting in my programs, and can effectively utilize many different modes of training to help achieve any goal.
Personally, I look to expand my knowledge as a trainer, while continuously climbing the ladder in powerlifting.
