I believe that exercise is more than just an avenue to a better body. A good balance of strength training, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility training, along with a balanced diet, can literally change your whole life. A properly constructed exercise regimen can increase endorphins, encourage bone growth and aide in psychological health. Isn’t it more fun to do most anything when you feel and look your best?
