Ever wondered what all the ‘hype’ was about when it comes to cycling? Join us at Gold’s Gym Sterling on Tuesdays in the month of February from 10:45am-11:15am for our ‘Intro to Cycling’ class! If you have very little experience or none at all, this class is designed with you in mind! This 30 minute class will cover the basics- teaching you proper bike setup, riding positions, pedal strokes, managing resistance, breathing techniques and position transitions.
