If you want to really make a giant leap towards your weight loss program than having cardio as part of your fitness plan is key. In the Cardio Zone at our South Boston fitness center we offer many different types of cardio equipment and instructor led aerobic classes for you to enjoy.
Taking a quick jog on a treadmill is a great pre-workout warm up as well as a wonderful post-workout cool down. There are tv’s around the gym so you can watch your favorite program while working out so your time on that treadmill will pass by in no time.
