I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a fulltime student pursuing a P.A. Degree. My athletic interests include running, swimming, yoga, and I love hiking with my pup Onyx. My passion for training began while working in rehabilitation alongside amazing therapists and a group of strong, dedicated patients with incredible recovery stories. I’ve made it my mission to use that knowledge to influence people in a positive manner by helping them become a healthier, better version of themselves. I patiently work with my clients to boost not only their overall fitness but also to improve their muscle stability, flexibility, strength, and technique so that exercise and healthy eating habits become an enjoyable lifestyle.
