Growing up in South Florida I had the luxury of playing baseball year round as well as running track so I have always been active thanks to my parents keeping me busy. At about 15 years old I started lifting weights at a local gym and quickly became drawn to how resistance training made me feel. I started to do my own research on training, nutrition, and supplementation shortly after I started training and have grown to love how the body reacts to different types of training methods and of course what you eat! Through plenty of trial and error I have learned that consistency and discipline are ABOVE ALL. If you fall off track, get right back on and keep making progress towards a better you. Get used to being healthy and fit because it’s a lifestyle not just a phase.
