POUND is a full-body cardio jam session that fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Starting Monday, February 22nd we will be having 15-minute demos of our new POUND class before it officially launches the next week. Demo times will be as follows:
-Monday, February 22nd- 9:15am-9:30am and 6:30pm-6:45pm
-Tuesday, February 23rd- 9:15am-9:30am
-Wednesday, February 24th- 5:15pm-5:30pm
-Thursday, February 25th- 6:15pm-6:30pm
-Friday, February 26th- 10:15am-10:30am
