My passion for fitness comes from my experience in competitive sports, my desire to better my physical performance, and my commitment to a lifestyle that embraces optimal physical health achieved through rigorous daily exercise and sound nutrition. During college, I studied exercise science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. I also served as one of the strength and conditioning coaches, enabling the players to realize substantial strength, speed, and agility gains, culminating in the Christian College World Series. Throughout my training, I have experience working with a wide range of men and women, from ages 9 to 85. My goal is to unlock your full physical and mental potential, in all aspects of fitness, to attain a new and remarkable quality of life.
