My passion for fitness was developed through my desire for optimal performance in competitive sports growing up. During high school and college I saw the positive impact that training and nutrition had on both my sports performance, as well as my overall health. I received my Bachelor’s degree Health and Exercise Science with a double-minor in Nutrition and Business Administration. I also served as a Strength and Conditioning Intern and Assistant at the college level, working with various varsity athletes to improve strength, speed, agility, mobility, and flexibility. During my time training, I have worked with men and women through a wide age range with various different types of goals. My goal is to help you attain your desired level of health and fitness, and to help you commit to a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
