The fundamental law of being human is growth, and to evolve outwards. Life is constantly changing and this applies to the human body as well. The fundamentals are where growth is maintained and strength is continuously gained. My continual work personal training, teaching Yoga, Jiu-Jitsu, white water kayaking, and powerlifting has given me a lot of wisdom when it comes to sustainable maintenance of the human body. What I have found is that simplicity is key. Work should start from the inside and work its way outwards. It is always my goal with my clients to build from the ground up and keep that mindset. I will always help you find yourself, and most importantly empower you to do better for you. Adapting to every individuals unique needs is a challenge I seek and welcome.
