My experience at military school is what instilled in me a strong passion for health and fitness. That passion for health and fitness is what drove me down there to Richmond to pursue a career in personal training and in the fitness industry in general. Being a bodybuilder myself, my strongest points lie within building muscle, losing body fat supplement use/education. My style of training emphasizes control, technique, and the inner connection that your mind establishes with your muscles in order to achieve your ultimate goal.
