20/20/20: 20 minutes cardiovascular exercise, 20 minutes strength training, and 20 minutes stretching. Ideal for beginners, active recovery days, or those looking for low impact exercise.
Balance & Stretch: Incorporating active and static movements that will help you focus and also slowly regain and increase your balance. This class is ideal for all ages and all ability levels. Simple stretching movements that can prevent injury will also be taught.
Barre-Less: The hot, new sculpting class based on traditional ballet barre exercises! This 45- minute class will strengthen and tighten the muscles of your hips, legs, and core.
BODYPUMP: This is the original barbell class that strengthens all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! (Express is 45 minutes.)
Body Step: The use of a height-adjustable step, simple movements, and options for all levels, so it’s perfect for beginners, fitness fanatics, and everyone in-between. For anyone who wants to really tone their legs, butt, and core and super-charge their cardio fitness while having a fantastic time moving to great music.
BollyX: Experience a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines exhilarating choreography and calorie-burning workouts with upbeat music from around the world. All levels are welcome!
Box and Boot: Coming in March 2017, 45-minute Training with Basic Boxing moves and a wide variety of interval training, may include running, lifting weights/objects, pulling straps, pushups/sit-ups, plyometric, and various types of intense explosive routines. Camaraderie group training. May or may not be outdoors.
Butts & Guts: Shape, and Lift those stubborn areas in your glutes, abs, and thighs. Reduce your hips and thighs, and melt away those stubborn saddlebags. Shape your gluteal muscles and sculpt your abs for more tone and definition.
Group Cycle: An indoor cycling program that uses guided imagery, motivational techniques, and sports psychology to prepare your body for ultimate cardiovascular fitness.
H.I.T.: High Interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Modifications for every fitness level.
Pilates: This class tones and elongates muscles, increases abdominal strength, and improves balance and flexibility
PiYo: A mixture of Pilates and Yoga.
X-Run: This class is designed for the beginner to the advanced runner. We will map out a run each morning and each week the focus may change from the distance of (1-5 miles), speed, and/or hills. Crosstraining and stretching will also be incorporated to increase performance and reduce injury.
Yoga: Increase your muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress with this class that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. It’s all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. Restorative classes are mellow which make them a great complement to your other more active exercise routines. Reduce stress and recover your mind, body, and spirit.
Zumba: Exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms create a fun and easy-to-follow workout in this dance-style aerobics class.
Zumba Gold: Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Key elements are the same with modified lower intensity and easy to follow.
