With so many group fitness classes in our Richmond fitness club, the only thing harder than your workout will be deciding which class to take. Will you join a BodyPump, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates or a fun Les Mills or Bollyx class? Check out our class descriptions or ask one of out fitness experts at the gym for information on the different classes to find some that fit you. No boring workouts here, you can take a different class daily!
