9:30 am ADDED Cycle Fit-30 minutes with Carrie, Cardio cycle ride for beginners to intermediate. This class is geared for newer cyclist. Learn to set your bike up correctly, read the monitor, and practice great form. Modification changes for anyone who is injured but still needs to move and sweat.
6:30 pm Zumba CHANGED to 6:00 pm FRIDAY DANCE PARTY! A mixture of rhythms and different dance styles (Hip hop, Zumba, Bolly-X, Line Dancing, etc) to bring your heart rate and fun factor. Just let yourself go and lose yourself in the music! All you need to bring is your energy and a smile!
