BODYPUMP: This is the original barbell class that strengthens all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you want.
BODYSTEP Athletic: An energizing cardio-vascular workout that makes you feel liberated and alive using a height-adjustable step, simple movements, and sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
CXWORX : A 30-minute workout that hones in on the core muscles using resistance tubes, body-weight exercises, and free weights. It’s the ideal workout for tightening your tummy and butt while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention!
Group Cycle: An indoor cycling program that uses guided imagery, motivational techniques, and sports psychology to prepare your body for ultimate cardiovascular fitness.
INSANITY: This isn’t your ordinary cardio-conditioning class!
