A 75 minutes class combing heart pumping, calorie burning cardiovascular AND strength training
Cardio is a 40 minute cycle class of intense work, followed by 1/2 hour of full body strength and toning exercises. This, combined with core and stretching, will give you the full workout that you can nver find time to fit it
Class is for ALL levels. Modifications, options and rest are encouraged to keep your body seeing results, without pushing past your limits.
