This is the original barbell class that strengthens all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for.
A “beginner” Yoga class teaching basic poses, alignment & modifications. You will learn basic sun salutations & simple breathing techniques. This is also an excellent way for our veteran Yogis to focus on technique & form in standing poses, reclining poses & seated poses…Finishing with short meditation at the end. Members can also ask questions and work on specific poses.
