I have been a trainer for over 4 years now, specializing in everything from rehabilitation, weight loss, and strength training. My passion for fitness extends beyond the gym as well. I have trained several groups of people for both the tough mudder as well as marathons, and continue to meet with these people on the weekends to participate in a variety of sport. My current studies are in anatomy and physiology with the goal to one day take my knowledge from training and practice it in a medical setting as a physical therapist.
