My name is Tyrell McGee, I am a trainer at Gold’s Gym Richland. I attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana, where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. Early in my working life I was a member of the Gold’s Gym family and have found my way back through my love and interest in the fitness industry.
Growing up I spent all of my free time playing sports, which has kept me very active. I played basketball, football, and track in high school, but it was my successes in football that allowed me to pursue further education in college. I was fortunate enough to be a three year starter at wide receiver while earning my degree in three years.
In the near future, my biggest goal is to get to a point of being able to change people’s lives for the better. Although I plan on pursuing a career in the medical field down the road, being a personal trainer will give me the opportunity to change people’s lives in a different way. Through my education I have learned to be versatile in my abilities to create workouts for people dealing with the various situations life puts you through and I am confident that I will be able to help clients meet the goals that they have set for themselves.
