Growing up I had always been very active and athletic, but once my school years ended as did my regular activities. I started to notice many unwanted changes and I began to struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. After several years of being unhappy with myself and how I felt, I made a life changing decision. I finally stopped making excuses for my lack of effort and decided to work with a fitness professional to achieve my goals the right way. With a lot of hard work and dedication, I surpassed my own expectations as well as my “unrealistic” goals. I am so grateful for the amount of dedication and encouragement I received from my trainer that I decided I wanted to do the same for others. I started at Gold’s Gym as a client, and now I get to help others realize their full potential.
Throughout my years as a trainer, I’ve had the opportunity to see many clients reach their goals, even better, I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of it. My true passion is helping others improve their quality of life so I specialize in weight loss, nutrition, balance, flexibility, pain management and senior fitness. From a health standpoint, some of the best days are when a client tells me their doctor has finally taken them off medication for hypertension, cholesterol or diabetes, or they no longer need a CPAP machine to sleep.
