My name is Brandon Lattin, I am a man of faith and at times, few words. I am a Personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym in Richland, WA and am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. I greatly enjoy all that the Columbia Basin has to offer in way of outdoor activities and would classify myself as an outdoor enthusiast. My hobbies include running, hiking and competing in triathlons.
Although I have always been physically active, I first decided to become a trainer while in college and taking a number of health and wellness courses to include Exercise Science. In learning of all the intricacies of the human body, I began to recognize the ways in which an individual can impact performance through the combination of knowledge, choice and behavior. That was it, my course was set.
As a trainer, I offer individual, small group and team training; I specialize in running mechanics and triathlon training. My approach is often circuit based, it is regularly fast paced, and it is always butt-kicking. My fitness philosophy is that you get out, what you put in – this pertains to every workout as well as the multiple aspects of health and wellness. The combination of hard work, dedication and consistency is the key to success. He, who endures, conquers.
The highlight of my job as a personal trainer is that, on a daily basis, I get to help multiple individuals grow. I get to aid them in setting, understanding, pursuing and achieving their goals. There are few greater joys in life than this. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please feel free to contact me. I would be happy to assist you in any way I can.
