Throughout my life I’ve been on a rollercoaster between being an athlete who was over-training and getting caught up in life’s responsibilities and losing focus on my own health with diet and exercise. This has put me in a unique position to understand how difficult it is to struggle with weight issues and keep a balanced lifestyle. After rediscovering my passion for being active through circuit training, I decided I wanted to help others realize their potential and help them feel good about themselves!
My focus is to share my passion and enthusiasm to encourage a happier lifestyle and to help you see what your body is really capable of. I fully dedicate myself to each and every session so I can tailor programs to your individual needs and interests, in order to achieve your goals- whether that goal be to fit into those old jeans, keep up with your kids, get ready for a 5k, or to just feel more confident!
In addition to being Nationally Certified, my background participating in team sports and coaching High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes has provided me with the tools and knowledge to be able to effectively motivate you to leave your exercise comfort zone to achieve results you never thought possible- and teach you these tools to overcome barriers that could hinder your results in order to continue to challenge yourself!
