Spring Break Boot Camp Challenge
We Welcome Kids of all ages and fitness levels to have fun flipping tires, slamming battle ropes, obstacle courses and more.
The Classes are designed for kids ages 5-12 to improve their fitness levels and confidence. Kids will be making new friends while being encouraged to reach fitness goals in a fun environment.
During the week we will help them work on the following skills:
- Push Ups
- Sit Ups
- Chin Ups
- Obstacle courses
- Tire Flips
Classes will be held April 4th-8th from 9:00am-10:00am in the Performance Center.
