The beauty and strength of arm balancing and inversions is a draw for many yogis…but the accessibility hinges on proper prep, detailed instruction, and time to play! This workshop is jam-packed with valuable alignment fundamentals that will unlock the key to being as comfortable balancing on your hands or head as on your feet! There is something for everyone as we explore many entry points and learn to use props to assist or add progressions. With all of these tools Antonella will help you tackle your fears by providing a stable foundation to build on in an encouraging and fun atmosphere!
Yoga For Athletes

Whether you are an avid competitor, weekend warrior, or armchair athlete…this workshop will provide yogis a new understanding of how to condition both the mind and body. We begin by working with props for self myofascial release coupled with long Yin (Tha) holds as we manipulate stubborn connective tissue for increased range of motion. With this newfound space, we follow up with a second half more Yang (Ha) in nature. Utilizing the science of Universal yoga and her background as a personal trainer, Antonella will take you through dynamic turns on the mat, active strength & stretch, core stabilization, balancing work, and more! This extended practice will all come together to optimally condition your body and empower your mindful athleticism.
