Being new to the personal training industry but not new to the health and fitness lifestyle, I wish I would’ve started this career years ago! I became a personal trainer because I want to share with my clients the love and passion I have for a good workout and a healthy lifestyle.
Having been overweight myself, I know how it feels and more importantly what it takes to keep it off for good. My focus is on good form, proper body alignment, and building a strength training program that is specifically tailored to each client’s specific needs in order to prevent injury and achieve their goals.
