OVERVIEW: I have been involved in fitness for the past 5 years. My journey started when I was injured in a soccer game and lost the ability to play. This lead to a newly sparked interest in weight-lifting and the human body. I fell in love with the health and fitness world shortly after and since then, I have dedicated countless hours to learning how to help people achieve success in their own journeys. I believe that the most important aspect to living a healthy life is finding a plan that is sustainable and maintainable for each individual person.
