EXPERIENCE: 13+ years of experience in fitness training. BA in kinesiology (Washington State University). He was a collegiate wrestler and track athlete in high school and college. Today, he performs as a pro wrestler and also continues to enjoy running, racquetball, wake boarding, snowboarding, bicycling and swimming.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Weight loss, bodybuilding, sport specific training for endurance sports including 5K, 10K, half marathons and sprint distance triathlons.
