Cycling classes are held in our Cycling Studio on the ground floor using LeMond RevMaster cycles. You will be led through a simulated outdoor biking experience where the instructor sets the terrain utilizing resistance and cadance for a challenging and motivational group fitness experience.

A vigorous class consisting of a serious of postures that flow together. Each teacher brings their own perosnality, style and flow to the class for a challenging experience every time you practice. This cardiovascular workout focuses on strength, balance and breath while toning the entire body.
Intermediate. Building on the foundation built in Yoga 1, Yoga 2 classes involve more vigorous, dynamic movement synchronized to breath. Yoga 2 classes will improve mobility, spatial understanding with the body and build stamina by holding poses longer.
Beginner-friendly, Yoga 1 classes give a strong foundation and understanding of poses, alignment and strength. Participants experience stress reduction, relaxation, flexibility and strength in preparation for Yoga 2 or POWER YOGA.
A fun non-impact workout that uses the water’s resistance to build strength and reduce body fat while promoting flexibility and improving circulation. This class is taught to engage all fitness levels.
