Cycling classes are held in our Cycling Studio on the ground floor using LeMond RevMaster cycles. You will be led through a simulated outdoor biking experience where the instructor sets the terrain utilizing resistance and cadance for a challenging and motivational group fitness experience.

A vigorous class consisting of a serious of postures that flow together. Each teacher brings their own perosnality, style and flow to the class for a challenging experience every time you practice. This cardiovascular workout focuses on strength, balance and breath while toning the entire body.
For all levels. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” The instructor will guide you from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Sometimes called Flow Yoga as poses run together smoothly to become dance-like.
