PERSONAL FITNESS BACKGROUND
My interest in weight training started as a youth playing high school athletics. AfIter suffering an injury that prevented me from playing sports, I wanted to find a way to stay active and in shape. This motivated me to pursue a degree in Health Promotion from Auburn University.
I have worked with a wide range of clients in many types of training environments. I have worked as a personal trainer at the Auburn University Recreation & Wellness Center and at a personal training studio in Birmingham, AL. The types of clients I have worked with range from teenagers wanting athletic training to male and female clients of all ages – each with different types of health situations and goals.
The key to achieving your goals is consistency, hard work and determination. With my guidance, clients must be consistent with the workouts and nutrition. With this attitude and approach, clients will reach their goals and get the desired results.
