Personal Fitness Background
Shortly after high school, I began working out as a hobby and that grew into a dedication to weight training and eventually a desire to pursue a career in personal training. I have a strong passion for working out and have been in the gym four to five days a week for the past six years. I cannot imagine my life without exercise. Exercise keeps you healthy, boosts your confidence and keeps you in an overall good mood.
I have worked with both men and women with different body types and goals, from weight loss to gaining muscle mass. With over 6 years of gym experience I am able to strategically assess each client and customize their workouts and diets to fit their personal needs.
You will never regret a workout. Working out can be hard and working out can hurt, but it will always be worth it in the end. Some people let the fear of what others will think of them keep them from coming to the gym and achieving their goals. They think that using small weights or struggling to do an exercise in front of someone of a higher fitness level will make them look inadequate or weak. I, however, believe that the gym is like a tool shed with all of the weights and machines inside are the tools. Certain tasks require certain tools; whether they are big or small, the same goes for working out. Find what works for you and if you work hard and stick with it, you will see results.
