Jessie’s lifestyle at the moment is very intense but fun; she believes strongly in pushing ones-self to the limits inside and outside of the gym. Leading by example is something Jessie strongly believes in and in order to be an example to her clients she maintains a very healthy and athletic based lifestyle. To motivate, inspire, and achieve are what she pushes her clients and group classes to display so they are not only doing so, but are also able to pass those traits forward.
Her passion for fitness stems from the top bodybuilding gym in the world; Golds Gym Mecca in Venice, California. She has been able to teach several group boot camp classes across the country and train a wide array of one on one clients for over three years. With a very strong athletic background, Jessie has been able to start on the Providence women’s rugby team and win women’s-overall of her universities powerlifting competition two years in a row.
