Charlene has over 22 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. As an adolescent, she had a variety of eating disorders in which her weight ranged from 68lbs to 260lbs. Charlene was able to incorporate healthy eating and exercise habits into her lifestyle to manage her weight. Charlene has completed 13 marathons in her career and has trained a client who placed nationally in a women’s power lifting competition. Charlene originally attended graduate school for physical therapy but switched majors when she decided she wanted to help women, young and old, achieve a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and exercise.Client Specialty: Charlene takes pride in helping women with their body image She works with women of all age groups with a variety of health issues –from pregnant and postpartum women to menopausal women to marathon runners. Charlene receives satisfaction in helping clients achieve their fitness goals safely. She also works with special populations such as cardiac rehabilitation patients, people with disabling diseases, the elderly, and individuals with injuries.
