This full body fast blasting workout is a combination of 20 minutes of Plyometric Cardio, 20 minutes of Barbell Strength conditioning, and 20 minutes of Core and Stretching. This class is designed to give your body everything you need in a routine within the hour. The routine will alternate with each class, one being upper plyo and lower strength. The next day being lower plyo and upper strength. ALL levels are welcome!
