Dawn discovered yoga in 2008. With the desire to deepen her personal practice and share her passion with others she began studying with Amy Pearce-Hayden at TheYogaScape and earned her 200hrs Teacher Certification in RajaHatha yoga.
“Yoga has brought balance to my life. In addition to the numerous health benefits of practicing, I have found serenity as I utilize the practical applications of yoga philosophy in my daily life. Being mindful of my actions, thoughts and emotions on and off the mat have brought me onto the path towards self knowledge, acceptance and peace.”
Dawn celebrates the beauty of individuality. “Everyone comes to yoga class with individual goals, strengths and spiritual practices and I strive to create an environment where each Yogi is welcome to honor their own practice.”
