Christa began her yoga journey in 2011 when she decided to try a class at her gym to enhance her weekly workout routine. What she found was the balance, focus and peace that she had been missing all along. Practicing has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and more confident both on and off the mat. She loves to combine creative sequencing and upbeat music with a touch of inspiration. She looks to help others thrive in deepening their practice and of course, have some fun in the process! Christa completed her RYT 200HR Yoga Alliance Vinyasa training at Hudson River Yoga under the guidance of Susannah Grange. She is thankful for the wisdom and insight that her teachers have shared with her and is grateful for the opportunity to teach and support others in developing their yoga practice.
