Anne has been teaching yoga since 2007 after completing her 200 HR training at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, FL. Driven by her own personal practice that changed her life in a profound way, she wanted to share the multiple health benefits of yoga with others including children and teenagers. Anne believes that yoga is accessible to every body regardless of age, fitness level, and health status.

Anne teaches an intermediate level flow class with modifications making it accessible to beginners as well as more seasoned practitioners.
