Session 1 Programs:
Ages 7 – 12 Years
This class strives to increase the overall health and fitness levels of children in a fun, safe, positive, and motivating environment utilizing obstacle courses, fitness games, body weight exercises, circuits, and more. Strong emphasis is placed on proper form and a safe, effective workout, creating a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
Ages 5 – 12 Years
A unique program that helps children improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and motor skills. Children will develop self-confidence and the ability to relax their mind and body while improving their self-esteem, focus, and concentration. Traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques will be taught in a fun, interactive way. Each class ends with a 5-minute guided relaxation to help children relax and focus.
Ages 3 – 5 Years
A fun-filled introductory soccer class for 3-5 year old children. This class teaches balance, coordination, and gross motor skills through agility exercises and soccer-related games and activities.
Are you an American Ninja Warrior fan? Then put yourself to the test on our very own Kids Ninja course. Kids will train on the obstacles and then take on the course in a fun competition.
Nothin’ But Net
Ages 7 – 11 Years
This fun, creative program offers individual skill instruction as well as team play and good sportsmanship.

Ages 8-14 Years
Get Fight Fit with our youth boxing program. Kids will learn agility, coordination, strength, and speed in this fun class for all fitness levels. Non-Contact. The only thing we’ll be hitting is heavy bags and focus mitts. Gloves and wraps provided.
This conditioning program is designed to get youth off the sofa, off electronics and into having physical fun and getting fit. It will incorporate speed and agility training methods from our Elite Athletic Development Program as well as the latest in performance and strength training.
New York Coerver Soccer Academy
Ages: Kindergarten – 12th Grade
The New York Coerver Soccer Academy, under the direction of Coach Rob Bruley and Coach Kieran McIlvenny, offers soccer instruction to children grade levels kindergarten through high school with or without experience. Boys and girls are welcome. The goal of the New York Coerver Soccer Academy is to promote sportsmanship and respect as well as teaching the technical and tactical skills of the game.
