Ages 10 – 14 Years
Class emphasizes the FUN in fitness. Instructor will teach different components of fitness through a variety of fun activities and games.
Upbeat music and energetic instructors will make this one dance party your child will love!

Ages 5 – 11 Years
A unique program that helps children improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and motor skills. Children will develop self-confidence and the ability to relax their mind and body while improving their self-esteem, focus, and concentration. Traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques will be taught in a fun, interactive way. Each class ends with a 5-minute guided relaxation to help children relax and focus.
Ages 9 – 14 Years
Introduction to Racquetball for kids. They will be introduced to game rules and strategy, forehand, backhand, serves, and returns.
Ages 3 – 5 Years
A fun-filled soccer class that teaches balance, coordination, and gross motor skills through agility exercises and soccer related games.
Nothin’ But Net
This fun, creative program offers individual skill instruction as well as team play and good sportsmanship.

Ages 8-14 YearsGet Fight Fit with our youth boxing program. Kids 8 and up will learn agility, coordination, strength, and speed in this fun class for all fitness levels. Non-Contact. The only thing we’ll be hitting is heavy bags and focus mitts. Gloves and wraps provided.
