A fun-filled soccer class that teaches balance, coordination, and gross motor skills through agility exercises and soccer related games.

Children will learn to follow verbal directions, to take turns, and develop fundemanetal gymnastic skills.
Ages 4 & 5 Years
A fun-filled basketball class that teaches balance, coordination, and gross motor skills through agility exercises and basketball related games.
Ages 6 – 11 Years
A unique program that combines yoga, creative movement and storytelling, so children can stretch their bodies and their imaginations
Ages 5 – 12 Years
Upbeat music and energetic instructors will make this one dance party your child will love!
Knee High Baseball/Softball
Ages 6 – 9 Years
This fun creative program offers an introduction to baseball/softball. It will focus on skill instruction as well as team play and good sportsmanship.
Ages 7 – 12 Years
Circuit-style fitness class that incorporates free weights and machines as well as functional training equipment such as the Bosu ball, agility ladder, medicine ball, and stability ball. Strong emphasis is placed on proper form and a safe effective workout, creating a foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
Knee High Basketball
Ages 6 – 12 Years
This fun, creative program offers individual skill instruction as well as team play and good sportsmanship.
New York Coerver Soccer Academy
Ages 5 – 16 Years
The New York Coerver Soccer Academy, under the direction of Coach Rob Bruley and Coach Kieran McIlvenny, offers soccer instruction to children grade levels kindergarten through tenth with or without experience. Boys and girls are welcome. The goal of the New York Coerver Soccer Academy is to promote sportsmanship and respect as well as teaching the technical and tactical skills of the game.
