Elite Athletic Development
This program includes a variety of exercises, movements, and techniques designed to maximize youth athletes overall fitness, strength, and speed. Typical program outcomes for each athlete include improvements in speed, agility, strength and recovery time. These elements combined with overall improvements in body awareness help to reduce the risk of injury.
Individual, small group or team sessions available.
Youth E-Fit (ages 7+)
This conditioning program is designed to get youth off the sofa, off electronics and into having physical fun and getting fit. E-Fit uses fun and exciting routines that incorporate medicine balls, resistance bands, kettle bells, partner body weight exercises, ladders, and plyometrics. We also incorporate “Gold’s Gym Elite Athletic Development” speed and agility training methods. This program will help develop good exercise habits and will teach fitness techniques that can be used throughout life.
