In our Elite Athletic Development department, we offer a variety of options. 1-on-1 Training, 4-on-1 Training and Elite Team Training.

Our Elite Athletic Development program includes a variety of exercises, movements, and techniques designed to maximize youth athletes overall fitness, strength, and speed. Typical program outcomes for each athlete include improvements in speed, agility, strength and recovery time. These elements combined with overall improvements in body awareness help to reduce the risk of injury.
The program is powered by TREKFit trainers Curtis and Desham. They have a program regiment to build the youth athletically regardless of the skill, age, size, body type, or knowledge. Their mission is to give them an athletic base to prevent injury, excite them about sports, and enhance their performance in their field of play.
