A one-hour mat class that focuses on core conditioning. The goal of the class is to concentrate on control, centering, precision, flowing movement and breathing. Pilates when properly performed is designed to enhance ones physical strength, flexibility and posture at the same time correcting its weaknesses. Having a one on one experience allows the instructor to adjust the student’s form during each class. We work with tools such as the Pilates ring, Bender ball and a band to assist the student in reaching perfect form. This will translate when the student goes to a mat class regularly scheduled in the GGX room
