Gold’s Gym Southern Pines 30 Day Challenge
Who: YOU (plus the helpful staff at Gold’s Gym Southern Pines)
What: 30 Days of workouts, eating right and some serious motivation and dedication, for a bangin’ body by day 30 (or at the very least some very serious results!)
When: January 1-30 (you must be enrolled by December 30!)
Where: Gold’s Gym Southern Pines – Nonmembers, local and nonlocal are welcome to participate as well! Give us a call at 910.693.1400 to find out how you can sign up!
Why: To start 2017 off on the right foot, working out hard, eating nutritious food and getting the results you’ve always wanted.
Starting January 1, we invite you to participate in our 30 Day Challenge!
In order to register you can go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PK325HR to register. After you fill out your initial survey, decide which plan works best for you:
Level 1 – $50
- 30 days of workouts
- 30 day meal plan
- Daily emails with instructional videos
- Weekly check-ins and measurements
Level 2 – $150
- Everything level 1 includes
- 30 Day Supplement Stack: Protein, BCAA’s, pre-workout and a fat burner
Level 3 – $250
- Everything level 1 & 2 include
- 1 session per week with a personal trainer
Special Promotion – $99
- Everything included in level 1
- 1 session per week with a personal trainer!
