I am Kathy (Little-but-fierce!) McMillion. I was a tread-mill, stair-climber type of person, before a friend of mine pulled me into a Body Combat class. After that very first class, I was hooked and it wasn’t long before an instructor saw potential in me, and inspired me to join her on the dark side! In 2012 I took the leap, and set off to Les Mills Body Combat training. Shortly after receiving my Body Combat certification, I realized that I wanted to add to my instructor abilities and in that same year, I became additionally certified in Body Flow. I have since advanced my Body Combat Instructor status, becoming AIM 1 certified in early 2015, and also became AIM 2 Certified in Body Combat at the end of 2015. I now have set my sights to move through the Advanced Level trainings for Body Flow, too. Both formats have become my passion.
Join me for a Body Combat class and let me show you how Combat class will make you feel empowered. The music is high-octane, and you will love the high-cardio, MMA inspired moves.
Then join me for a Body Flow class and together we will experience how the gentle facets of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates will build strength, flexibility, increase spine & hip mobility, and then revel in how Flow class leaves you feeling centered and calm.
Just show up, and I’ll take you the rest of the way!
