The Gold’s Gym CROSSFIT FOR KIDS Fitness Program is designed to help children work on their strength, cardio, flexibility and stability. Classes are fun and motivational and all participants are shown proper techniques and coached in a friendly and encouraging manner.
For kids who are new to exercise, it is our hope that our program introduces them to fitness at an early age and makes it easier for them to continue this “healthy habit” for the rest of their lives.
For kids who are already exercising or playing sports, our program is designed to help them reach their next level of fitness and improve their performance.
Taught by certified fitness professionals, CROSSFIT FOR KIDS is brought to you by CROSS THE RACK at Gold’s Gym Paramus.
Classes for groups 1 and 2 are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4pm-5pm in the CROSSFIT Training area at Gold’s Gym Paramus.
