I enjoy creating diverse, customized workout plans to meet individuals’ needs and push them to reach their goals. My areas of specialty include weight loss and toning, strength training, circuit training, functional training, kid’s fitness, and pre natal. Spinning is also a passion, and I instruct the group spin exercise class at Gold’s. I am a mother of two who inspired me to pursue a career as a personal trainer. After having lost 60 pounds after the birth of my second child, I understand the feeling of not being comfortable in your own skin. Helping others reach their goals and change their lives gives me great fulfillment. With nutrition, fitness, determination, and the right coach anything is possible.
After our first meeting, she understood what my goals were, and every week thereafter she has worked me as hard as possible to achieve strength as well as endurance. The result has been increased muscle size and being able to withstand physical activities without losing my breath. I can now perform the landscaping around my property in a short period of time. I can better stabilize our touring motorcycle when we come to a stop. I can lift more weight in my daily activities. My doctors have told me I have increased lung capacity and increased heart rate with a lower blood pressure. I feel like I’m 10 to 20 years younger.
