My name is Zach Mooreman and I am a certified personal trainer through both the International Sports Science Association and Gold’s Gym’s Smart Fitness Program.
Personal Training is something I really enjoy not just because I like working out, but because I love improving myself and others. Physical fitness changed my life for the better and teaching others to be healthy and fit makes my job not even seem like a job! Most people believe that losing weight is hard because they have been taught to! We are constantly bombarded with bad eating habits, phony weight loss scams, and disinformation that getting fit seems impossible to most and I like to be the one to show someone that it can be done! I would have to say my favorite thing about training is the alleviation of pain most clients experience, especially back pain! It’s one thing to get stronger and make activities in life easier, but when you can remove pain from your life, you really notice a change and that to me, is worth it all.
