I am a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as well as the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). I earned my Bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences and Exercise Science from Oklahoma State University.
I have a passion for what I do. Everyone has their own individual story and mine is what made me want to pursue a career in health and fitness. I became a personal trainer to help others succeed and realize their full fitness potential.
I believe that exercise should be fun, simple, and enjoyable. It should never be a chore or over complicated. I excel in weight loss programming, functional training and strength training.
I want to help you realize goals that you never thought were possible. Our bodies are capable of so much more than we know. I aim to test your limits and then push you past them.
