I have a Bachelors of Science degree with an emphasis in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2007. I also have The Gold’s Gym Certified Personal Trainer certification. I have done many hours of physical therapy observations and apply what I have learned into my training technique. My clientele base has included individuals with goals of fat loss, muscle gain, athletic improvement, pain reduction, and even preparation for Navy Seal Training. No matter what your personal goals are and what your current level of fitness is, I CAN help you!
