I have always had the belief that a healthy lifestyle is the best lifestyle. I have been active my whole life from track and cross country to marathons, half marathons and endless 10k’s. I have also completed 3 bodybuilding competitions. I have consistently struggled with my weight, my heaviest being 200 pounds after my last child was born. The benefits of weight loss, proper nutrition and exercise habits are endless. My goal is to help teach others how they can reap the benefits of exercise and nutrition, by achieving and maintaining fitness goals.
