Rachel Montgomery has a personal training certification from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I pursued personal training in order to help people reach their desired goals that they have not been able to accomplish in the past. On my journey, I have lost 125 lbs since the beginning. I’m a mother of three boys with three caesarean sections throughout this period of time and understand the challenge that is presented with this type of goal. Therefore, I am sympathetic to those who were in the same shoes as I. Thus, I am capable of assisting you with core rehabilitation to this specific population. At the beginning of my journey, I was not able to find the motivation, nutrition and exercise program, and leadership on my own to reach the goals I wanted to accomplish. Therefore, I pursued personal training in order to be guided in the direction I needed to go to see the person I wanted to become. I understand the expectations clients have in regards to personal training and what it takes on each end to be able to achieve the results that are desired. I believe this knowledge I have gained through my experience is an asset to my ability to personally train any individual trying to attain their desired goals.
My primary concern as your personal trainer is not only to reach your goals, but also to educate and guide you in the direction of a healthier lifestyle to be sustained forever. In addition, my training style consists of proper cardiovascular programming, safe resistance training, and essential circuit training for the fat burn that is desired by the majority. As a mother of three, I understand time is extremely important, therefore, circuit training and resistance training are extremely important tools to fat loss success.
