Looking to get back into gym shape but have experienced injuries or surgeries that make you cautious to dive back in? Our gym in Norton offers one-on-one Physical Therapy Services to help you regain strength and function through quality, one hour sessions with our onsite physical therapist.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Soft tissue manipulation.
- Join manipulation and mobilization.
- Exercise prescription based on imbalances or weaknesses found during an evaluation.
- Manual therapy.
The goal of our Therapy Services is to progress towards overall health and well-being and get you into a healthy routine that won’t make you susceptible to re-injury. Our Doctor of Physical Therapy, Bridget Faucher, is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist with over 11 years of experience in Orthopedic Sports Physical Therapy who has extensive experience in trunk stabilization and Pilates.
Bridget has extensive experience in the treatment of a multitude of Orthopedic injuries including but not limited to, Lumbopelvic dysfunctions, Cervical and TMJ diagnoses, Shoulder pain, various post surgical diagnoses, Runner and Athletic injuries including ACL repairs, Rotator cuff repairs and knee/ankle/foot injuries. She also has extensive experience treating Pre- Postpartum patients, dancers, patients with Osteoporosis and Fibromyalgia. She has extensive training in Pilates, trunk stabilization and injury specific strength & conditioning, which she incorporates with her patient treatments and client programs. Bridget is a Norton resident and lives with her husband and two children.
Bridget has the tools to provide her clients with a safe, fun and challenging workout no matter what grade of fitness.
