As a mother of 4 I understand the struggle to find time to include fitness in daily routines. “When you rephrase ‘I don’t have time for ____’ as ‘_______ isn’t a priority’ your outlook changes instantly. Pulling from my personal experience of body and life style transformation, I specialize in acclimating new comers to fitness to the gym environment. I instill a belief in them that they can accomplish their goals. Through weight training and functional fitness instruction they are then equipped with the tools to reach those goals.
